Job description
Within our back office, several specialists work daily to contribute to safe and professional service provision. As a back-office employee, you play a central role in customer contact and support our account managers in their work. You ensure clear and careful handling of requests, prepare quotes, process administration, and monitor ongoing work. Thanks to your accuracy, customer focus, and good collaboration with colleagues, our team remains organised, and customers can count on a smooth and reliable service.
You:
– Seeking a full-time position of 38 hours;
– Able to work independently, accurately and with a focus on results;
– possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch;
– customer-oriented and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and customers;
– possesses knowledge of MS Office;
– possesses a completed MBO or HBO qualification, preferably in an administrative or commercial direction
– Preferably has experience in a back-office or internal service function (experience in the fire protection industry is a plus, not a requirement)

Who we are:
Flame Control BV is a service and maintenance company specialising in fire protection. We maintain and supply fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, dry riser systems, first aid equipment, AEDs, evacuation plans, emergency response teams, kitchen suppression systems, aerosol suppression systems, automatic suppression systems, and fire alarm systems. We are a rapidly growing company and currently have a team of over 35 people. We are based in Harderwijk and are active throughout the Netherlands.
