Ansul R-102 extinguishing system

The Ansul R-102 commercial kitchen fire suppression system is a wet-chemical extinguishing system designed for use in professional kitchens. It is widely recognised by insurance companies as the most efficient solution to control fire risks without endangering guests or staff.
Piranha Hybrid Fire Suppression System
The Piranha hybrid system is also available with a different wet-chemical extinguishing agent and a fixed water connection for long-term cooling. Both systems react quickly and automatically to fire before it can spread, with or without personnel intervention. It is suitable for all kitchen configurations and for all types of frying lines in the food industry. The systems are UL 300 and VDS approved, comply with NFPA 17a standard and all HACCP requirements.
