In this role, you will translate requests from our clients or tenders into clear projection drawings. The requests are highly diverse, originating from government institutions, event venues, the healthcare sector, and hotels, among others.

Job description
As a cost estimator, you will be responsible for translating requests or tenders into clear projection drawings. You ensure that the plan meets the requirements of all stakeholders, as laid down in the Programme of Requirements. Subsequently, you will create and assess calculations, and offer suitable solutions in a quotation for the client. You will act as a sparring partner for your colleagues in the department, where you will achieve the best results together as a team. The requests are highly diverse, originating from government institutions, event venues, the healthcare sector, and hotels, among others.

You:
– Holds a VCA diploma
– You are presentable, customer-oriented and have good communication skills.
Do you possess a B driving licence?.
– Independent and accurate.
– Bent INTEGER en betrouwbaar.
– Has field experience, for example, as a maintenance expert.
– Have experience as a design expert (pre)

We are a rapidly growing company with a team of over 35 people. We are based in Harderwijk and operate throughout the Netherlands.
